Who is the data controller?

What data is collected?

Via the contact form, NovaTax collects only: your name, your email address, your message and, optionally, your telephone number. No other data is requested (data minimisation).

On what legal basis and for what purpose?

The form data is processed on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the dedicated box, for the sole purpose of handling and responding to your request.

When you become a client, the processing of your accounting and tax data relies on the performance of the contract and on the legal obligations incumbent on the practice.

How long is it kept?

Contact messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then deleted or archived within a reasonable period if they do not lead to a contractual relationship.

Data linked to an accounting engagement is kept for the statutory retention period applicable to accounting documents.

Is your data shared with third parties?

Your data is neither sold nor transferred for commercial purposes. It may be processed by technical providers strictly necessary for the operation of the website and the sending of emails (for example, the host and the email service), in accordance with the GDPR.

Cookies & audience measurement

This website uses privacy-friendly audience measurement, with no tracking cookies and no personally identifying data. No cookie consent banner is therefore required.

What are your rights?

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to infos@novatax.be (⚠️ to confirm).
